Clients may request cancellation of a booked consultancy service before work begins by contacting us using the details below.
Once work has started, the service cannot be cancelled, and any fees paid will generally be non-refundable.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Accordingly, refunds will not be issued solely because the desired financial outcome was not achieved.
